PROJECT ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities: -
- Good understanding of processes in Wastewater/Water Treatment field
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned WWTP projects
- Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements in project meetings.
- Perform high quality work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly to project manager on project status.
- Assign responsibilities and supervise/control subcontractors at project site to ensure work is done in timely schedule.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Familiar with process equipment, including pump, motors, blowers, control panel etc.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Proven site/project working experience of at least 2 years above as a project engineer.
- Thorough knowledge of design and visualisation softwares such as AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with project site rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary projects.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Exemplary decision-making abilities and leadership skills.
- Good time management and organization skills.
- Willing to travel local/overseas for project installation work (for 2-3 weeks period)
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any relevant field.
PROCESS ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:-
- To analyse and design for wastewater/ process water treatment plant system including conceptual type of treatment, treatment efficiency, process controls, equipment selection, and economic feasibility to meet discharge water quality.
- To involve in bidding/tender design and documentation within the restrict timeframe given.
- To determine the effectiveness of existing and proposed treatment processes. This may require to develop and implement the pilot-plant setups and operation.
- To collaborate with project/sales team for equipment/spare part/chemical quotation for the existing projects.
- To develop and maintain the database of the sample testing results, pertaining to the optimization of plant/project.
- To coordinate with project team to incorporate and review designed process or process improvement, troubleshoot problems with existing processes and/or analytical instrumentation and implement process changes.
- To further coordinate with project team in support of office and field-related implementation services.
- To work closely with other team members in the same department in collaboration with effectiveness in quality management processes for each project.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Highly interests in the water/wastewater process field and willing to learn.
- Possess the basic knowledge and skills on AutoCAD/Solidwork
- Positive team attitude directly toward to delivery of the quality work on time
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of interacting effectively among colleagues, clients, as well as regulatory agencies/department.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, organized, and the ability to successfully multi-task.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and independently
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good commend of language skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and, especially in Mandarin is most advantageous & plus point.
- The relevant coursework, internships, and research in this particular field (WWTP) is an advantage.
DRAUGHTSPERSON
Job Responsibilities:-
- To prepare and complete all the layout / structural / fabrication drawing for Water/Waste Water Treatment Plant for any submission to client, consultant and other related parties.
- To develop 3D modelling for piping with support using AutoCAD/Plant 3D/Solidworks.
- To coordinate with engineering team to comprehend and produce the Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).
- To flow the fabrication drawings down to workshop fabrication team and follow up on the fabrication progress.
- To coordinate with project team for site installation related tasks.
- To prepare the bill of quantity for materials required and assist in the purchasing process.
- Enable to work with pressure to meet project deadlines with minimum supervision.
- To perform physical visit, measurement at project site as well as the meeting with client/subcontractor/supplier whenever required.
- To organize & maintain all the drawings, layouts & files in proper documentation, and storing manner.
- The candidate who is familiars with Autodesk Plant 3D software will be considered advantageously.
Requirements:
- The candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering-Chemical, Mechanical or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this job vacancy.
- Possess the strong knowledge and skills on AutoCAD/Autodesk Plant 3D/Solidworks softwares.
- Possess positive attitude to work with teammates directly to delivery of the quality work in timely manner.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure independently
- Fluent & good commending language skill in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu.

PURCHASING OFFICER
Job Responsibilities:-
- To assist in enquiring and obtaining a reasonable quotation for project equipment/spare parts/materials whenever required by Process/Project department.
- To ensure all purchases instructed by the Process/Project department are precise and within dateline requirement.
- To possess the experienced negotiation skills in dealing with suppliers for price reduction.
- To have the basic knowledge and understanding on engineering/measurement terminology & application.
- To obtain the quotation at least from two to three sources/suppliers for quality and price comparison.
- To assist Process/Project departments in dealing with suppliers for all relevant issues after PO issued such as product quality/exchange/return, claim, repairs, pricing adjustment, etc.
- To monitor and ensure the delivery of products arranged by suppliers are in timely manner and with good condition once official PO is issued.
- To search and review for new/latest product/material suitable for WWTP from potential suppliers.
- To produce the procurement monthly report including products/spare parts purchased, costing, delivery, warranty period, product category/quality/performance, etc.
- To report to Process Department for the outstanding order status from time to time.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the General Manager as and when deemed necessary
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Environmental, Chemistry, Engineering, etc.)
- At least 2 years of procurement/sales experience is required to this job. Basic knowledge/concept on WWTP is an advantage.
- Possess with skilful negotiation technique
- Positive team attitude directly toward to delivery of the quality work on time Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of interacting effectively among colleagues, customers & suppliers
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, organized, and the ability to successfully multi-task.
- Knowledge of basic IT skills – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
